Martial Arts Conditioning and Fight Training in Bengaluru

About Training & Conditioning
This is not a glossy commercial gym. We train in a non-AC environment on industrial, high-density mats because that is where the real work happens. You will spend 60 to 90 minutes on rigorous conditioning that blends Kalaripayattu flexibility with modern MMA footwork, ensuring you move with control and power, not just speed.
Our Approach to Training
I believe fear is the fuel, but discipline is the weapon. Whether you are walking into a gym for the first time or you are an aspiring fighter, the process is the same. We do not do flashy moves that look good on camera but fail in a real situation. We build you from the ground up.
The Workout Structure
Our sessions are designed to push your limits. We start with fundamental conditioning, focusing on core strength and explosive endurance. From there, we move into technical drills. You will work on pad drills and heavy bag combinations, receiving direct feedback on your stance and impact.
We integrate elements from my Kalaripayattu roots to improve your body control and flexibility. This isn't just a workout; it is a way to learn how to use your body like a weapon.
