About Training & Conditioning

This is not a glossy commercial gym. We train in a non-AC environment on industrial, high-density mats because that is where the real work happens. You will spend 60 to 90 minutes on rigorous conditioning that blends Kalaripayattu flexibility with modern MMA footwork, ensuring you move with control and power, not just speed.
