Own your day, starting with the first drill. This is Muay Thai training. We work on combinations, power, and flow until it becomes second nature.
We use unconventional tools like tires to build practical strength and conditioning for kicks. This isn't about looking pretty. It's about generating force and impact.
A low kick is a powerful tool. I teach you the proper technique to deliver it with balance and power, conditioning your shins and destabilizing your opponent. It's a fundamental of kickboxing and Muay Thai.
This is a typical combat training session. We focus on proper stance, guard, and movement. Discipline and fundamentals are the foundation of everything we do.
Shadowboxing drills to perfect form. Here, we're working on footwork and punch combinations. It's about building muscle memory so you can react without thinking.
Unleashing combinations on the heavy bag. This is where you build stamina and power, translating drills into fluid, impactful striking.
Full power, back to back. I push you to empty the tank on the heavy bag. This drill is about maintaining technique and power even when you're fatigued.
Sharpening the tools. We use tire drills to practice punches, building wrist strength and precision. Every piece of equipment in this gym has a purpose.
About Combat Fitness Drills
We do not use machines. Your training here involves heavy bag work, tractor tire flips, and battle ropes to build raw, functional power. It is intense, it is honest, and you will leave the floor drenched in sweat because that is the only way to earn real results.
Why train like a fighter? Because combat fitness builds more than just muscle. We blend boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing with functional strength drills in our RK Hegde Nagar garage-style facility. We skip the air conditioning and the fluff. Instead, we focus on compound movements like deadlifts and squats, paired with high-intensity combat drills. You learn proper stance, defensive movement, and how to strike with power. Whether you are looking to lose fat, build strength, or just find a way to handle daily stress, this is where you test your limits. We prioritize mobility and technique so you train long, not just hard. It does not matter if you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete.
