About this collection
You won't find rows of cardio machines here. Our floor is designed for movement: Olympic barbells, pull-up rigs, and open space for metabolic conditioning. Every session is structured around a WOD (Workout of the Day), but the most important part happens during the lift. That is where our coaches hover, correcting your squat depth or shoulder angle to ensure you are moving safely, not just moving for the sake of it.
How We Train
At Namma, a typical session is not just about breaking a sweat. It is about understanding the mechanics of your own body. We focus on functional strength—movements that actually matter in real life. Our group sessions combine core strength lifts like back squats and deadlifts with skill work and high-intensity conditioning circuits. We prioritize progressive overload, meaning we track your numbers to ensure you are getting stronger, not just staying busy.
