About A Day at Namma

You won't find rows of cardio machines here. Our floor is designed for movement: Olympic barbells, pull-up rigs, and open space for metabolic conditioning. Every session is structured around a WOD (Workout of the Day), but the most important part happens during the lift. That is where our coaches hover, correcting your squat depth or shoulder angle to ensure you are moving safely, not just moving for the sake of it.
