Functional strength is key to endurance in combat. We use high-intensity tools like battle ropes to build the core stability and explosive power needed to last through grueling rounds.

Power is generated from the ground up. Here, a trainee practices a straight right on the heavy bag, focusing on rotating the hips and shoulders to deliver maximum force with proper boxing technique.

A strong core is your armor in a fight. We incorporate unconventional exercises like these heavy bag crunches to build the abdominal strength required to absorb body shots and power your own strikes.

We dedicate specific training blocks to different aspects of fitness. This "Muscle Tone Week" focuses on exercises designed to build lean, functional muscle for a stronger and more athletic physique.

About Strength and Conditioning

Our conditioning methodology focuses on compound, functional movements rather than isolated weight training. You will be using equipment like tractor tires, battle ropes, and heavy bags to develop the explosive power needed for striking. Because we operate out of an open-air terrace, your stamina is tested against natural elements, preparing your cardiovascular system for the reality of high-intensity sparring.
