Functional strength is key to endurance in combat. We use high-intensity tools like battle ropes to build the core stability and explosive power needed to last through grueling rounds.

Power is generated from the ground up. Here, a trainee practices a straight right on the heavy bag, focusing on rotating the hips and shoulders to deliver maximum force with proper boxing technique.

A strong core is your armor in a fight. We incorporate unconventional exercises like these heavy bag crunches to build the abdominal strength required to absorb body shots and power your own strikes.

We dedicate specific training blocks to different aspects of fitness. This "Muscle Tone Week" focuses on exercises designed to build lean, functional muscle for a stronger and more athletic physique.

About this collection

Our conditioning methodology focuses on compound, functional movements rather than isolated weight training. You will be using equipment like tractor tires, battle ropes, and heavy bags to develop the explosive power needed for striking. Because we operate out of an open-air terrace, your stamina is tested against natural elements, preparing your cardiovascular system for the reality of high-intensity sparring.

Building Fight-Ready Strength

In combat sports, muscle mass is useless if you gas out in the first round. We focus on 'fight endurance'—the specific stamina required to keep your guard high and your punches powerful even when you are exhausted.

The Royal Kickboxing Approach

We don't use stationary machines because real fights do not happen on a treadmill. Our workouts use movements that engage your full kinetic chain:

  • Explosive Power: We utilize plyometrics and heavy bag work to train your muscles to fire with maximum force.
  • Core Stability: We move beyond basic crunches. By using unconventional tools like tractor tires, we build a core capable of absorbing body shots and generating torque for your kicks and strikes.
  • Conditioning: Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) protocols are designed to simulate the unpredictable demands of a fight, forcing your body to recover quickly between bursts of effort.
