About this collection
At UMC, we don't treat the gym and the dojo as separate worlds. Our conditioning blocks are designed specifically for fight performance, meaning you're not just lifting heavy, you're building the exact explosive power needed for your takedowns and strikes. Whether you're cutting weight for a competition or looking to increase your fight IQ, we align your nutrition and strength work with your martial arts progress.
Training for the Cage
Conditioning for a fight is not the same as general fitness. In the ring or on the mat, you need endurance that lasts when your lungs are burning and your muscles are fatigued. Our approach focuses on high-intensity intervals using battle ropes, sprints, and agility ladder drills to keep your heart rate up and your reactions sharp. You will work with traditional tools like dumbbells and pull-up bars, but also combat-specific equipment like the gada to build the rotational power essential for striking.
Nutrition and Recovery
Hard work without the right fuel leads to burnout. We simplify this by providing fight camp nutrition advice, helping you manage weight cuts, muscle gains, and recovery protocols. You are not guessing your macros or wondering if your diet is helping your training; we provide the charts and the strategy to ensure your body is primed for every session.
The HSR Facility
Training happens in our HSR Layout branch, which features a full-size MMA fighting cage. This is where you get the real fight feel. You are not training in a standard gym surrounded by treadmills, but in a space designed for combat. Our members include state and national level medalists, so the intensity is genuine. If you are serious about testing yourself and finding out what you are made of, this is the environment that will force you to level up.
United Martial Arts & Activity Club
We are The Champions Dojo. We don't believe in just gym workouts; we believe in building fighters who can hold their own when it counts. Whether you're stepping into the cage for the first time or prepping for a national bout, you're training with a squad that keeps the intensity high and the goals focused.
