We combine boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling into a hybrid system designed for real-world performance, discipline, and total body conditioning.

This sequence shows advanced kicking drills to develop strength, balance, and power. We use ankle weights for resistance during balance exercises and practice Taekwondo speed kicks for agility.

This is a boxing head movement drill using a slip ball. The goal is to train a fighter's reflexes to dodge punches by weaving and slipping, which is essential for defensive boxing.
