MMA & Combat Conditioning
We combine boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling into a hybrid system designed for real-world performance, discipline, and total body conditioning.
This sequence shows advanced kicking drills to develop strength, balance, and power. We use ankle weights for resistance during balance exercises and practice Taekwondo speed kicks for agility.

This is a boxing head movement drill using a slip ball. The goal is to train a fighter's reflexes to dodge punches by weaving and slipping, which is essential for defensive boxing.
We use advanced bodyweight exercises to build functional strength, like these partner-assisted wall push-ups and unstable push-ups on medicine balls. These drills improve core stability, balance, and upper body power.
This is a lower body training session designed for athletes, featuring split jumps, box jumps, and weighted lunges. These exercises are crucial for developing the explosive leg power needed for kicking and takedowns.

About MMA & Combat Conditioning
Our training isn't about flashy moves; it is about building practical reflexes and grit. Every 60-minute session mixes stand-up striking with ground control, all held on 30mm puzzle mats engineered specifically to absorb impact during takedowns and grappling practice.
At NMFA, we view combat training as a complete fitness system. We do not just teach you how to throw a punch; we teach you how to manage distance, maintain balance, and recover quickly under pressure. Our curriculum is a hybrid of Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), making it suitable for everyone from complete beginners to those training for tournament-level combat.

Whether you are aiming for weight loss, need to learn self-defense, or want to compete in state-level championships, we tailor the intensity to your goals.
