About this collection

The Namma Philosophy
Namma means 'Our' in Kannada, and that defines everything we do. We aren't just a place to burn calories; we are a community that trains together, struggles together, and grows stronger together. Our training is grounded in 18+ years of experience and is 100% science-backed.
What Training Looks Like
We focus on functional strength and conditioning. Our daily WODs (Workouts of the Day) are designed to challenge you, regardless of your starting point. Expect:
- Strength Fundamentals: We drill proper form on squats, deadlifts, and presses. If your technique is off, we fix it—no excuses.
- Conditioning: High-intensity circuits using battle ropes, kettlebells, and rowers to build endurance that lasts.
- Scaling: Whether you are a pro athlete or someone who has never touched a barbell, our coaches scale every movement to your current capacity.
