Quarterly CrossFit & Conditioning Program
Core Schedule
- Duration: 3 Months (Quarterly cycle).
- Frequency: Choice of 2 or 3 days per week.
- Session Length: Approx. 60 minutes per class.
- Timing: Evening slots tailored for post-school hours.
Training Curriculum
- Weightlifting: Technique mastery using PVC pipes and light bars before progressing to weights.
- Gymnastics: Body control drills including pull-up bar work, ring dips, and handstands.
- Agility & Combat: Introduction to boxing stances, jabs, and ladder drills.
- Methodology: Age-appropriate mix of metabolic conditioning and functional movement.
Facility & Supervision
- Setting: Industrial warehouse environment with rubber flooring (Non-AC).
- Coaching: High coach-to-student ratio ensuring safety and posture correction.
- Equipment: Full access to kid-safe medicine balls, plyo boxes, and skipping ropes.
Culture
- Digital Detox: Strictly enforced 1-hour phone-free zone.
- Environment: Emphasis on teamwork, high-fives, and discipline.
5-Week Seasonal Athletic Bootcamp
Weekly Syllabus
- Week 1: Posture Correction.
- Week 2: Mobility and Flexibility.
- Week 3: Intro to Calisthenics (Bodyweight strength).
- Week 4: Nutrition concepts and Weight Training basics.
- Week 5: Skill consolidation (Handstands/Squats).
Class Structure
- Duration: Fixed 5-week program.
- Frequency: 2 sessions per week.
- Cohorts: Segregated batches for Kids (4-8 years) and Pre-Teens (8+ years).
- Group Size: Large cohort style to foster camp spirit.
Camp Activities
- Learning: Interactive games focused on nutrition and healthy food choices.
- Assessments: Baseline testing of speed and agility at start and end.
- Tools: Utilization of agility ladders, hurdles, and safety mats.
- Outcome: Completion certificate or badge upon finishing the camp.

My Story
We’re NAMMA. Means ‘Our’ in Kannada, and that’s what this place is. Not just a gym, but a home. People walk in, lost sometimes, and find their crew. We started with the idea that training is every damn day, not just a one-off. Watching folks, especially women, get strong and confident - that’s our high. We lift for causes too, like helping kids beat eye cancer. You come here for fitness, but you stay for the family. This is NAMMA.
