Our Take on Fitness
For us at Fit Formula, strength and conditioning is about more than just lifting weights. It's about building a lifestyle where discipline and hard work are at the center. We believe everyone deserves to see what their body is truly capable of, no matter your starting point.
What We Do
- We offer classic weight training focused on hypertrophy muscle building, prepping for physique shows, or just getting strong with the basics like squats, bench, and deadlifts.
- If you need a break from routine, we bring in functional fitness training with CrossFit style circuits, sled pushes, and battle ropes. Expect your stamina and power to go up.
- Calisthenics is big for us. Whether you want to master your first push-up or get to advanced moves like muscle-ups, we coach you through it. If you're competitive, try our push-up and core strength challenges.
Support That Feels Real
- Our trainers actually watch your form and give posture correction guidance, not just stand around. On leg day, get ready for them to go full Yamraj mode (don’t worry, it’s all for a good laugh and gains).
- We build custom plans for you, not just workouts but diet and supplement advice too, based on your actual goal.
The Space
- Big gym, lots of equipment, and no long waits for machines. We've got dedicated zones for warmup, group classes, and a green turf for all your HIIT or sled push sessions.

My Story
We started Fit Formula with one idea - make fitness feel like play, not punishment. Our gym is more like a family spot in Marathahalli, where people find peace, push themselves, and laugh a lot. I remember a guy who wanted to prove what natural vegetarian fitness could do - his journey kinda became our vibe. We love serious training, but also Zumba, yoga, and group fun. Your excuses? Useless. Only showing up matters. We’re here for that.

Personal Training - Custom workout and diet plans. Trainers push you hard, but with care for posture and progress.
Group Classes - Join our group Zumba sessions, pair yoga, or festive garba classes. All included in membership.
The Vibe - Biggest experiential gym Marathahalli. Community, energy, lots of machines, and space to chase your goals.
