About this collection
We don't do boring treadmill drills here. Our youth sessions turn the gym into an obstacle course, using rings, rigs, and bodyweight movements to teach coordination. Whether it’s tumbling, animal flow, or learning safe landing mechanics, we focus on building a foundation that helps kids stay strong, stand tall, and develop the discipline that will serve them for years to come.
Developmental Movement, Not Just Play
We approach youth fitness with the same science-backed rigor we apply to our adult programs, just adapted for growth. It’s not about lifting heavy; it’s about mastering your own weight. For the 4-8 age bracket, we prioritize coordination, tumbling, and animal flow patterns to build a base. As they hit the 8+ mark, we introduce strict strength movements like pull-ups, push-ups, and running mechanics to improve posture—something every kid needs after sitting in school all day.
The Namma Approach
We call it 'Namma' (Our) for a reason. Kids train together, cheer each other on, and learn the value of being part of a squad. This isn't a daycare; it’s an environment that encourages them to get off their phones and get moving. They learn discipline, safe form, and the 'you vs. you' mentality that drives progress. Our coaches provide active spotting and form correction for every rep, ensuring they build strength safely.
