Why I Train
I’ve been at this for 23 years. I started as a state championship lifter but now I’m all about movement - feeling good, staying flexible, and making sure your body works for you. Not just chasing muscle gains or numbers on a bar.
Who I Coach
I train everyone - not kidding. Young athletes wanting that extra edge. IT folks stuck at their desks all day, needing to fix their posture and actually move. Seniors (shoutout to my 73-year-old pro runner client!) proving age doesn’t matter. Folks recovering from injuries like frozen shoulder or scapula lock. And just anyone who wants to lose fat, build muscle, or feel better in their skin.
My Style
I don’t do copy-paste plans. I mix things up depending on what you need:
- Functional strength training with classic weights
- Mobility improvement exercises for flexibility and pain-free movement
- Beginner calisthenics routine, if you’re new to bodyweight stuff
- CrossFit-style workouts for those who want to go hard
- Injury rehab workouts, slow and steady, to get you moving without setbacks
Touch of Thrissur
As a Thrissurkaran, I love Indian warrior workouts. You’ll get to use the Mugdar (club) and Gada (mace) if you train with me. These moves are killer for shoulder rotation - especially for desk job folks with stiff backs.
Where We Train
Face-to-face at the gym, online if you aren’t local, or outdoors with a group. Your goal, your plan.

My Story
We’re true Thrissur folks, Kerala runs in our blood. My own fitness story? Started 23 years ago, best lifter award, Bruce Lee fan since childhood (yes, I still have those action figures). Life’s not a straight line, had my share of falls, but always getting back up. Family, Onam, Vishu, even those wild festival dances - that’s us. Fitness isn’t just a job, it’s what keeps us moving, laughing, living.
My Work
What We Do - Personal training, fitness choreography, yoga, Crossfit, calisthenics, injury rehab, water healing therapy, and our favourite - Mugdar and Indian club workouts.
Ancient Warrior Workouts - We teach Mugdar workout classes and Indian club training. Great for desk job folks - brings back shoulder movement, strength, and brain coordination.
Workshops & Classes - Join our functional mobility workshops in Bangalore or Thrissur, or online. We come to your group too. Just start, doesn’t matter how.
All Ages Welcome - Fitness is for everyone - from 8 to 80. We help you build up, step by step, no matter your starting point.
