Learn to protect yourself with the 'Art of 8 Limbs.' My women-only batches focus on practical self-defense, proper technique, and serious conditioning to build real strength and confidence.

A look inside our women's club. Here, women are training, stretching, and practicing techniques, building their strength and skills in a supportive group.

Muay Thai is for everyone. Here, a student practices her combinations on the heavy bag, building power, rhythm, and confidence. If you want to release your energy, this is the right place.

An instructor guides a female student through a heavy bag drill. We focus on teaching proper technique from day one to build a strong foundation for both fitness and self-defense.

About Women's Self-Defense & Fitness

I don't just teach fitness moves; I teach you how to react. In my women’s batches, we focus on pad work and clinch drills so you understand distance and timing—crucial when you actually need to defend yourself. You will build power, yes, but more importantly, you will build the mental clarity to stay calm in a tough situation.

Real Skills, Not Just Cardio

Many women come to me for weight loss or stress relief, which is great, but they stay because they start feeling capable. Muay Thai is the 'Art of 8 Limbs'—punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. We break down every movement so you understand the logic. It’s about marna kaise hai, bachna kaise hai (how to strike, how to defend).

What to Expect

My sessions are raw and authentic. No fancy AC gym nonsense—we train in a traditional setup where you work hard. We focus on:

  • Pad Work: I hold the pads so you learn to hit with purpose and accuracy.
  • Self-Defense Logic: Understanding how to use your environment, manage distance, and react quickly under pressure.
  • Conditioning: You will get tired, you will sweat, and you will get stronger.

Whether you are training at my Sadiq Nagar academy or the Siri Fort branch, the commitment remains the same. You need to show up ready to work. If you are looking for a gentle workout where you just wave your arms around, this isn't it. If you want to build real grit and confidence, come prepared to push your limits.
