From childhood fights to training with masters in Thailand, this is the path that defined my life’s work in martial arts.

This is a moment of great pride. I was awarded the Silver Mongkol for Khan 14 by Senior Grand Masters, a recognition of my dedication to the authentic teaching of Muay Thai and Muay Boran.

My training is rooted in deep respect for Muay Thai's tradition. Here I am receiving a blessing from Grand Master Sagat Petchyindee in Ayutthaya, Thailand, connecting our academy to the art's origins.

A moment of respect and tradition. Here I am performing a pooja ceremony before a fight, a ritual that connects the spiritual and physical aspects of Muay Thai.

For those who think a three-month crash course makes an expert, I share my journey. Mastery takes years of dedication. There are no shortcuts in martial arts.

After achieving a black belt in Kung Fu, my journey was far from over. This is part of my story about the continuous search for knowledge in different martial arts.

At one time, there were no belts in Kung Fu. My desire to learn and measure my progress led me to Karate, where I trained under several masters and earned three black belts.

My first real introduction to martial arts was through Kung Fu. I trained under great masters in the 80s, which set me on a path of lifelong learning.

My journey in martial arts started when I was eight years old. It wasn't easy, but the commitment to learn and become stronger has guided me every step of the way, from a young boy to a Kru.

This video introduces the world's most dangerous strike: the knee. It is the heart of Muay Thai, an ancient art of combat that I have dedicated my life to mastering and teaching.

As a Kru, I demonstrate techniques myself. It is important to lead by example and show my students the correct form and spirit of Muay Thai.

About My Journey as a Kru

I don't believe in shortcuts or crash courses. When you step into my gym, you are stepping into a lineage of tradition that I have spent decades mastering, from the basics of footwork to the complexity of Muay Boran. Whether you are here for fitness or real combat skills, the standard is the same: you put in the work, you learn the logic, and you earn your progress.

My journey started with a simple, painful lesson as a young boy: I lost a fight. That wasn't just a defeat, it was the start of a lifelong commitment. I moved through Kung Fu and Karate, earning black belts along the way, but I was always searching for something more. That search led me to Muay Thai—the 'Art of 8 Limbs'—and eventually to the Muay Thai Boxing Academy in New Delhi.

Learning from masters in Thailand, including receiving the Silver Mongkol for Khan 14, wasn't just about collecting a certificate. It was about understanding the spirit of Muay Boran and bringing that authentic knowledge back to my students. My gym at Sadiq Nagar and Siri Fort isn't just a place to burn calories. We perform the traditional poojas, we respect the Wai Kru, and we train with the understanding that every movement has a reason.

If you are looking to understand the 'why' behind the punch or the knee, you have come to the right place. We teach beginners how to stand, we teach competitors how to spar, and we teach women how to defend themselves with logic and strength. This is not a hobby. This is the Art of 8 Limbs. If you are ready to work, Chalo.
