Experience the 'Art of 8 Limbs' at our Sadiq Nagar academy. We focus on tradition, technique, and discipline to help you build strength, real self-defense skills, and mental toughness.

This is where it all comes together. In the ring, we drill combinations, focusing on speed, power, and form. Pad work like this builds muscle memory so your reactions are sharp and instant.

As your Kru, I am with you for every strike. I hold the pads myself to feel your power, correct your form, and push you to hit harder and faster. This is how we build a fighter, one combination at a time.

Strength is not just physical, it is mental. We build a strong core and unbreakable spirit with intense conditioning drills. This is where you learn to push past your limits. Shaabash!

We train as a team, we build strength as a team. Here, students support each other through tough conditioning exercises. This builds not just muscle, but brotherhood and discipline.

My training is rooted in deep respect for Muay Thai's tradition. Here I am receiving a blessing from Grand Master Sagat Petchyindee in Ayutthaya, Thailand, connecting our academy to the art's origins.

The thigh kick, or 'Teh Kha', is a fundamental and powerful weapon in Muay Thai. We practice it relentlessly to develop power and precision, turning your shin into a formidable tool for attack.

Muay Thai is for everyone. Here, a student practices her combinations on the heavy bag, building power, rhythm, and confidence. If you want to release your energy, this is the right place.

This is a moment of great pride. I was awarded the Silver Mongkol for Khan 14 by Senior Grand Masters, a recognition of my dedication to the authentic teaching of Muay Thai and Muay Boran.

It is an honor to welcome students from all over the world. Here, our student from Japan shares how training at our academy changed his life, building his confidence and skill.

My journey in martial arts started when I was eight years old. It wasn't easy, but the commitment to learn and become stronger has guided me every step of the way, from a young boy to a Kru.

This isn't a quick-fix fitness center; it's a place to learn the 'Art of 8 Limbs' properly. In every session, I personally hold the pads to correct your stance, timing, and power. You will learn the logic behind every strike, ensuring you understand 'marna kaise hai' (how to strike) and 'bachna kaise hai' (how to defend) from day one.
