Real toughness is built here. Our conditioning blends traditional Mugdar work with modern drills to build a fighter’s endurance and power.

A student performs conditioning exercises, including kicks and planks. This is the foundation of a fighter's strength and endurance.

Students work on the heavy bag and other equipment. The gym is a place to build power, and we have all the tools you need, including unconventional ones like stacked tires for conditioning.

A group of students prepares for a training session. The camaraderie is as important as the physical work; we push each other to be better.

Strength is not just physical, it is mental. We build a strong core and unbreakable spirit with intense conditioning drills. This is where you learn to push past your limits. Shaabash!

We train as a team, we build strength as a team. Here, students support each other through tough conditioning exercises. This builds not just muscle, but brotherhood and discipline.

A student uses a traditional Indian Clubbell, or Mugdar, for strength training. This ancient tool is excellent for building shoulder, back, and grip strength, which is vital for powerful strikes.

A student practices his kicks and punches on the heavy bag. This is a fundamental exercise for developing power, technique, and cardiovascular fitness.

This clip shows various conditioning exercises we do to prepare the body for Muay Thai. Flexibility and core strength are just as important as striking power.

Body conditioning is not for the faint of heart. Here, students are seen taking controlled strikes to the body and performing resistance drills to build toughness and absorb impact.

Two students practice with the Mugdar (Indian Clubbell). This traditional exercise builds functional strength that translates directly to power in your punches and clinch work.

About Strength & Conditioning

We don't believe in fancy gym machines. Real conditioning comes from the Mugdar (Indian clubbell), tire drags, and bodyweight drills that translate directly to your striking power. You'll sweat, you'll struggle with the technique, and then you'll get stronger. Shaabash, that's the only way to build a real Muay Thai engine.

Muay Thai is the Art of 8 Limbs—every strike relies on core stability and explosive power. If you are looking for a standard gym workout, this isn't it. Our Sadiq Nagar and Siri Fort academy sessions are designed to break you down and build you back up with 'fight-ready' conditioning.

Why Traditional Conditioning Matters

We integrate the Mugdar (Indian clubbell) for a reason. It builds the rotational strength, grip, and shoulder resilience necessary to generate power in your punches and clinch work. You won't find generic elliptical machines here; you will find tires to drag, bars to climb, and a community that pushes you when you're tired.

The Training Split

Our conditioning cycles focus on:

  • Functional Strength: Using bodyweight variations like archer push-ups and fingertip drills to harden your frame.
  • Cardiovascular Endurance: High-intensity rounds on the heavy bag and pads to keep your wind up through the later rounds of sparring.
  • Mental Resilience: Conditioning is meant to be uncomfortable. That is the point. When you push through the burn, you build the discipline to stay calm when things get tough in the ring or in life.

Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit or a fighter prepping for competition, the methodology remains the same. If you are ready to put in the work, chalo, let's get started.
