Muay Thai is the Art of 8 Limbs, and every strike—punch, kick, elbow, or knee—has a logical purpose. Here, we break down the mechanics, timing, and defensive drills to ensure your form is solid before you start hitting with power.

Here, my students are practicing basic striking and defense. One student delivers a kick while another holds the pad, learning both how to strike and how to absorb impact correctly.

I believe in hands-on teaching. I personally correct a student's form during a partner drill, ensuring he understands the fine details of a block before moving on to the next technique.
