Monthly Standard Training
Training Schedule
- Frequency: Access to 3-5 classes per week depending on batch assignment.
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes of high-intensity training per session.
- Venue: Hybrid training using indoor mats for technique and outdoor grounds for endurance.
Core Curriculum
- Striking: Instruction on fundamental Taekwondo kicks including Front and Roundhouse kicks using paddles.
- Conditioning: Rigorous warm-ups featuring agility ladders, spot jogging, and stance work.
- Flexibility: Assisted stretching routines specifically aiming for full splits.
- Self-Defense: Techniques for blocking and evasion in real-world scenarios.
Facility & Gear
- Equipment: Shared access to kicking shields, target pads, and basic weights.
- Instruction: Direct group supervision by the Head Coach or senior black belts.
Quarterly Advanced Course
Advanced Technique
- Sparring (Kyorugi): Introduction to competitive fighting rules, footwork, and reaction drills.
- Complex Kicking: Training on Head Kicks, Spinning Hook Kicks, and combination strikes.
- Forms (Poomsae): Detailed instruction on patterns required for belt grading exams.
Competitive Preparation
- Gear Usage: Access to academy-owned Chest Guards (Hogu) and Headgear for safe sparring practice.
- Grading Prep: Dedicated hours to prepare for color belt certification exams.
- Championship Assessment: Evaluation for eligibility in District and State level competitions.
Physical Conditioning
- Strength Work: Bodyweight training and usage of iron weights for power generation.

Mindset Comes First
I always say, 'आप अभी कैसे हो कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। आप क्या बन सकते हो बहुत फर्क पड़ता है।' (Right now doesn't matter - what you can become does.) My training is all about building a champion’s mindset. I push hard, but I care about every student. You’ll hear me shout, ‘चल ले, टाइम नहीं है!’ (Hurry up, there’s no time!) because I believe in making every second count.
Fitness & Flexibility
We work on stamina, strength, and flexibility. You’ll sweat, stretch, and get tough. Flexibility training for martial artists is a huge part of our routine. It’s not just about looking fit, but actually feeling stronger and quicker in everyday life.
Real Self-Defense Skills
I teach practical self-defense techniques that work outside of the academy too. The aim is to build real confidence, so you’re ready if life throws something tough your way. Sparring happens in a controlled environment with proper gear - safety first, but no shortcuts.
Learning & Progression
We start from basic white belt moves, building up to advanced techniques as you grow. Taekwondo belt progression isn’t just about color - it’s about real improvement. Kids and adults, beginners or pros, everyone gets the same attention and push.

My Story
I’m the coach at A.V.S. Taekwondo Academy. Started out with just one dream - making champions, not just fighters. We train in Mahendra Park and Manava Bhawna School, Delhi. My real reward? Watching my students win medals, faces glowing. We go everywhere: Delhi State, CBSE games, even Nepal for international G-2 events. For me, it’s more than kicks - it’s about आत्मसुरक्षा (self-defense), confidence, and discipline.
