My Salted Chikki Kulfi is where we really show off that balance. I take the crunch of traditional chikki, crumble it with salty Monaco biscuits, and pair it with creamy, house-made kulfi. It is not just a sweet ending, it is a study in texture that keeps people coming back long after the main course is finished.
Dessert at Comorin is about taking the flavours you grew up with and giving them a new life. We look at a Jigarthanda and turn it into a Tres Leches, or take a simple Sev Boondi and layer it with heat, texture, and a scoop of cold ice cream to change how you experience it entirely.
