My Salted Chikki Kulfi is where we really show off that balance. I take the crunch of traditional chikki, crumble it with salty Monaco biscuits, and pair it with creamy, house-made kulfi. It is not just a sweet ending, it is a study in texture that keeps people coming back long after the main course is finished.
Dessert at Comorin is about taking the flavours you grew up with and giving them a new life. We look at a Jigarthanda and turn it into a Tres Leches, or take a simple Sev Boondi and layer it with heat, texture, and a scoop of cold ice cream to change how you experience it entirely.
Our kitchen plays with contrast. You will find items like our Chawal ka Zarda, which uses sesame seed crisp and almond milk to add a modern edge to a traditional rice dish.
