My Mango Cheesecake pots are strictly seasonal. I only make them when Alphonso mangoes are at their peak sweetness, usually just for a few weeks in the summer. If you see them on the menu, grab them fast because once the mango season ends, so does the cheesecake.
When I say limited-run, I really mean it. I refuse to use mango essence or preservatives to fake the flavor when the fruit is out of season. You’ll find my Mango Cheesecake pots only when the Alphonso harvest is at its best. Same goes for my Easter brioche or festive treats; it’s a specific vibe I only chase once a year.
Since I run a small team here in Mumbai, these items sell out fast. If you’re eyeing something specific for a celebration or just a Tuesday treat, I recommend shooting me a message on WhatsApp a couple of days in advance. It helps me manage the bake list without wasting ingredients, because nothing hurts more than throwing away good cake.
Everything here is made from scratch. Real butter, the good chocolate, and zero artificial nonsense. If you have specific dietary needs, just ask. Most of my seasonal treats have eggless alternatives because I want everyone to be able to enjoy the good stuff.
