Team up, build trust, and turn your workout into a shared adventure. Our Partner and Acro yoga sessions are all about laughing through the challenge and growing stronger together.

You are so much stronger than you think. This video showcases some of the incredible partner and acro yoga poses my students achieve, proving that with teamwork and trust, anything is possible.

The best part of my job is seeing the smiles and teamwork in class. This creative group pose shows the fun and community spirit we build during our partner yoga sessions.

This advanced partner yoga pose combines a wheel pose with a one-legged variation, requiring immense trust, balance, and strength from both partners. It's a beautiful expression of connection.

Creating shapes and building connections. This partner pose forms a beautiful arch, demonstrating how two people can work together to deepen their backbends and support each other's practice.

This partner stretch combines the bow pose and camel pose, allowing both individuals to achieve a deeper stretch than they could on their own. It's a perfect example of mutual support in yoga.

This is our gallery after a yoga class, full of smiles and creative poses. We love having fun with partner yoga, creating shapes and celebrating our progress together.

Exercise should be a tribute to the heart. My yoga classes, including partner work and inversions, are all about honoring our bodies and building strength from the inside out.

Discover the magic of movement and the serenity of stillness. Here, two of my students are practicing a synchronized headstand (Sirsasana), showcasing incredible balance and control.

My students are true inspirations. This video highlights women balancing their work and home lives while still showing up to master challenging Acro Yoga poses. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being good to yourself.

This scorpion handstand (Vrischikasana) is an advanced yoga pose that requires incredible core strength, balance, and flexibility. I help my students build up to poses like this step by step.

About Partner & Acro Yoga

The best part about partner yoga isn't just the pose—it's the communication. When you are balanced in an acro pose, you learn to trust your partner and listen to their body in real-time. We keep our batches intimate so everyone gets hands-on help, ensuring you stay safe while you build that core strength and confidence.

Why Partner & Acro Yoga at Mallard?

Forget those solo gym sessions where you stare at the wall. Here in our Kalkaji studio, we turn yoga into a two-person dance. Acro yoga is basically a mix of yoga and acrobatics, but don’t let the 'acro' scare you—it’s designed to be fun, playful, and safe for beginners and pros alike.

What You Get Out of It

  • Deep Core Strength: You’ll engage muscles you didn't know existed just by stabilizing each other.
  • Real Trust: Holding a partner in a wheel pose or balancing in a headstand variation requires intense focus and communication.
  • The 'Mallard' Vibe: We aren't about stiff, silent classes. You’ll hear music, laughter, and likely some chatter about the day's office ki chik-chik (work stress).

Our Studio Setup

We train in an air-conditioned basement studio in Kalkaji with shock-absorbent flooring, which is perfect for trying out these deeper stretches and inversions safely. We keep a 1:15 instructor ratio, so I’m always around to spot you, help with the alignment, and make sure you’re not straining.

Whether you’re bringing a friend or finding a partner in the batch, the goal is simple: sweat, laugh, and ek reel toh banti hai (we've got to make a reel) once you finally nail that pose. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about showing up and feeling good with your tribe.
