Monthly Group Batch Subscription
Batch Options
- Class Types: Choose between Dance Fitness (high intensity Bollywood cardio) or Wellness Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga flows).
- Frequency: Pricing depends on plan selection: 2 days/week (approx. 8 sessions) or 5 to 6 days/week (unlimited access).
- Duration: 60 minutes of guided instruction per session.
Studio Specs
- Locations: Classes held at Green Park Extension or Safdarjung Enclave basement studios.
- Facilities: Air conditioned space with laminate wooden flooring (suitable for sneakers) and wall to wall mirrors.
- Equipment: High bass sound system for dance routines. Students generally bring their own mats (BYOM) for yoga.
1-on-1 Private Coaching
Customization & Goals
- Targeted Plans: Regimens designed for specific outcomes like rapid weight loss, flexibility, strength training, or Acro Yoga.
- Pace: Instruction speed adjusted strictly to client stamina, making it suitable for beginners or injury recovery.
- Expert Access: Sessions led by senior trainers like KK (Dance) or Rohit (Yoga/Strength).
Location & Scheduling
- Venue Choice: Sessions conducted at the studio (Green Park) or at the client's home within South Delhi.
- Timings: Flexible scheduling arranged according to convenience, outside of peak group batch hours.
- Technical Support: Hands on form correction and spotting for advanced moves.

- Dance Fitness: Our signature Bollywood dance cardio classes mix thumkas (dance moves) with easy-to-follow fitness, so you get that stamina boost and body toning without feeling like you’re “exercising.”
- Yoga & Wellness: If you want to stretch, balance, and just breathe, join our yoga for beginners batches. Rohit (Iron Man) keeps things real and simple, not all gyaan (lecture) and impossible poses.
No Dance Experience Needed
Don't stress if you’re all left feet. Most of our people started just like that. We break everything down step by step - just “Dekhna यूं मुझको” (watch me like this) and copy. You’ll get it, promise.
Class Options
- Group dance fitness: Morning, afternoon, and evening slots on weekdays. Special Bollywood batch on weekends for that extra masti (fun).
- Yoga: Early morning daily and an extra batch on select weekdays.
- Private sessions for those who want more personal attention - at our studio or your place.

My Story
Hey, I’m KK (short for Kamlesh). Dance is my world – Salsa, especially. Me and Ekta started KK Dance for one reason: to make everyone feel they belong, even if they’ve got two left feet. Nothing beats seeing someone go from shy to shining, like Dr. Ritu and Dr. Suchit. We’re not just a studio, we’re a dance family. Trust me, you’re never too old or awkward to start.
My Work
All kinds of dance classes - Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Bollywood dance lessons, Jazz, Hip Hop, Kathak, Waacking, plus yoga and dance fitness batches.
Beginner friendly, always - No dance background? Doesn't matter. Our beginner salsa classes and more will take you from zero to one, promise.
Solo or with friends, all welcome - Come alone or bring someone. No partner needed for Latin classes. We even got couple discounts.
Wedding & event choreography - Special wedding dance choreography for your big day or any event. We make it fun, not stressful.
Latin social nights & community - Regular Latin social nights at our place. Practice, dance, chill – it’s all about good vibes and meeting folks.
