Yoga is a light that, once lit, will never dim. Watch a glimpse of my group yoga session, where we move and breathe together, building energy and finding our inner calm.

The wheel pose, or Urdhva Dhanurasana, is a powerful backbend that opens up the heart and builds strength in the entire body. I guide my students to achieve this pose with proper alignment and confidence.

In my classes, we explore graceful movements that combine stretching and strength. Here, my students are practicing a side bend variation, which is excellent for improving spinal flexibility and toning the waistline.

This is a seated wide-legged forward bend with a twist (Parivrtta Upavistha Konasana), an amazing pose for stretching the hamstrings, spine, and shoulders. It shows the kind of deep flexibility we work towards.

The Warrior II pose (Virabhadrasana II) is fundamental in yoga for building stamina and concentration. Here's a student holding the pose with strength and focus in front of the mirror, helping her check her alignment.

If you think yoga is just stretching, think again. My classes incorporate dynamic movements and breathing exercises like Pranayama to challenge your body and mind in a holistic way.

My Hatha yoga sessions focus on foundational poses and controlled breathing. This video shows a sequence of classic asanas like Cobra Pose and forward folds, perfect for building a strong yoga practice.

A cool-down is just as important as the workout itself. Here, my class is performing the seated forward bend (Paschimottanasana) to stretch their hamstrings and release tension from their backs.

Meditation and mindfulness are key parts of my yoga classes. Taking a moment to sit in a comfortable pose like Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose) helps center the mind and connect with the breath.
