You will be using equipment like steppers, kettlebells, and resistance bands to build strength, not just to sweat. At our Kalkaji studio, we move away from the traditional gym setup. You won't find intimidating rows of machines here. Instead, our classes utilize shared props like Swiss balls, yoga blocks, and vinyl dumbbells in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
