My Mother's Day class was filled with so much love and energy. It was beautiful to see mothers, daughters, and friends enjoying a fun fitness and dance session together as a community.

About Our Women's Fitness Tribe
We skip the intense gym rules here. Whether you are a complete beginner or just looking to get back into movement after a long break, our sessions are about finding your groove without the pressure of a competitive fitness centre. It is just us, the music, and a lot of genuine laughter.
Your Safe Space to Unwind
We know the struggle of dragging yourself to a workout when the day has already been long. That is why our studio is designed as a sanctuary, not just a workout spot. Our basement studio in Kalkaji is air-conditioned, fitted with shock-absorbent wood-laminate flooring, and kept entirely judgment-free. You will not find gym bros staring here. Instead, you will find working women, moms, and students just looking to escape the office ki chik-chik and de-stress.
What We Do
Our fitness mix is designed to keep things interesting. We don't stick to just one thing. You can expect a rotation that includes:
- Zumba & Bolly-Fitness: High-energy cardio using tracks that make you want to move.
- Mat Pilates: Focuses on core strength and toning using props like rings and blocks.
- Strength & Functional Training: We use kettlebells, dumbbells, and gym balls, but the focus is on functional moves that make your daily life easier, not just lifting heavy.
- Yoga: From Hatha to power flows, we use these sessions to reset, stretch, and find calm.
Who This Is For
If you want a welcoming community rather than a silent gym, you will fit right in. We offer specific women-only batches that make it easy to show up in your comfortable gym wear without feeling self-conscious. There is no pressure to hit a specific fitness level on day one. Just show up, give it a shot, and maybe make a reel after class because, let’s be honest, ek reel toh banti hai.

We are Mallard Studio, Delhi’s own dance and fitness adda. This space was born out of a need for a place where women can truly let their hair down, sweat, and build real friendships, not just muscles. We are here to help you de-stress and feel like the main character every single time you step into the studio.
