I provide dedicated women's only fitness classes in both morning and evening slots. This is a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space where we motivate each other to get stronger, whether it's through strength training, yoga, or dance.

These sessions focus on building a strong core and toning your body using controlled movements. I incorporate props like Mat Pilates rings, yoga blocks, and dumbbells to challenge your muscles and keep the workouts engaging and effective.
Kids' Corner: Fun, Dance & Yoga
I offer special batches for kids that make fitness feel like playtime. Through energetic dance choreography and introductory yoga, children can build confidence, improve coordination, and develop a healthy relationship with movement in a fun, supportive group.
