Monthly Bollywood & Freestyle Dance
Core Training

- Batch Size: Small to medium group (10-15 kids) ensuring individual attention.

- Video Production: Regular in-class video shoots for social media content.
- Events: Choreography prep for studio events like Diwali or Father's Day.
Facility
- Setup: Air-conditioned lower ground floor studio.
- Flooring: Wooden laminate with full-length mirrors.
Weekend Floor Gymnastics
Schedule & Structure
- Timing: Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday).
- Duration: 90 minutes per session (includes warm-up and conditioning).
- Type: Floor gymnastics only. No heavy apparatus like uneven bars or balance beams.
Skills Focus
- Basics: Forward rolls, handstands (wall/support), cartwheels, and backbends.
- Conditioning: Stretching for splits/arching and core strength building.
Safety
- Supervision: Specialized trainer with manual spotting techniques.
- Equipment: Crash mats, purple yoga mats, and resistance bands.
Month-Long Summer Activity Camp
Schedule
- Duration: 4 weeks (Monday to Friday).
- Hours: 3 hours daily (Morning slot: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM).
Curriculum Mix
- Physical: Dance, Yoga, and basic Gymnastics.
- Creative: Art & Craft (drawing, painting, paper craft).
- Skills: Fireless cooking, storytelling, and public speaking games.

About Kids' Programs
Why Kids Love Hanging With Us
Kids walk in and just start having fun - no strict rules, no pressure. Our whole thing is about joyful learning and letting kids be themselves. I see them light up when we play music or start a new activity. It’s a place where confidence grows, not just skills.
What Happens Here
- Dance & Rhythm: We crank up Bollywood beats and some Western tracks, and let kids move however they want. Even the shy ones start grooving! I also sneak in some stretching and coordination, so they’re having fun while getting flexible.
- Gymnastics Fun: Our trained gymnast guides the basics - rolls, supported handstands, backbends - always on safe mats. We’re super careful but kids still feel the thrill. These sessions run on weekends.
- Summer Camp: Every May-June, we host a wild mix of dance, gymnastics, yoga, art, storytelling, cold cooking, and strategy games. The camp ends with a big Talent Show - apna talent dikhao (show your own talent), and everyone gets a certificate. Themed days, fun outings, and loads of chill moments.

My Story
We’re Mallard Studio, Delhi ka apna dance adda (Delhi’s own dance spot). This studio is our soul, not just a place to move but where friendships grow and stress melts. Seen working women, moms, bachche (kids) laughing, finding their groove, even after a long day. As one student said, yahaan aake sab tension gayab (all worries vanish here). For us, it’s therapy, not just hobby. Our vibe? Real, chatty, fun. You’ll feel like the main character, promise.
