This is my philosophy. Greatness demands struggle. You want to be a king without a fight? It's not possible. I am here to show you how to fight that battle, starting with waking up and putting in the work.
The cold doesn't stop us. We forge strength when others make excuses. This is a look at our winter training sessions, combining pad work for precision striking with bodyweight conditioning to build raw power and endurance.
Building an athletic body requires a mix of disciplines. Here you see the combination of classic strength training like barbell lunges and deadlifts, followed by practical combat drills on the bag and with a partner.
Strength and discipline have no age limit. I train young warriors to build confidence, focus, and the ability to defend themselves through a mix of agility drills, knuckle push-ups, and basic boxing techniques.
Here is proof that strength is for everyone. This session shows a female client moving through a circuit of agility drills, pad work, dumbbell push-ups, and pull-up progressions to build functional, real-world strength.

Expect a garage-style, non-AC environment designed for real sweat tolerance. We keep group batches small, usually 10 to 20 people, so you get actual attention while learning to push your limits.
Martial arts is not just about fighting. It is a tool for mental clarity and physical resilience. Whether you are aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or sport-specific conditioning, our training at Beta II, Greater Noida, focuses on raw, functional movement.
The Maafai Method
We combine strength training using old-school iron plates and barbells with high-intensity interval training. You will move from burpees and push-ups to complex combat drills. We do not use AC or fancy machines. The heat is part of the conditioning.
Why We Train
Our programs serve everyone, from beginners to pros. If you are starting from scratch, do not worry. We build your foundation, helping you transition from basic punches to wrestling in about 3 months. For women and kids, we prioritize practical self-defense and confidence building above all else. This is a space to earn your strength through struggle.
