Core Logistics
- Frequency: 12 Guaranteed sessions per month (recommended 3 days/week).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session including warm-up and cool-down.
- Coach: Dedicated certified trainer (Head Coach or Senior Instructor).
- Venue: Full access to the Dojo floor at Lakshmi Complex, Malleshpalya.
Training Method
- Martial Arts Fusion: Includes pad work (focus mitts), boxing drills, and kickboxing cardio.
- Strength Work: Usage of barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands.
- Functional: Calisthenics, animal flow, and agility ladder drills.
Strategy & Support
- Nutrition: Monthly customized diet chart based on goals (weight loss/muscle gain).
- Tracking: Monthly body composition analysis (weight and measurements).
- Support: WhatsApp access to coach for recovery or diet queries.
Duo Partner Training
Session Dynamics
- Capacity: Valid for 2 adults training together in the same time slot.
- Volume: 12 joint sessions per month.
- Drills: Includes partner-assisted exercises like medicine ball throws and pad holding.
Personalization
- Intensity: Weights and resistance adjusted individually for each person's fitness level.
- Format: Circuit training where partners switch stations (e.g., Heavy Bag vs Step-up Box).
- Nutrition: Separate diet plans provided for both individuals.
Facility Access
- Equipment: Use of all studio equipment including MMA mats and strength gear.

At-Home Personal Training

Hey, we’re Team NMFA - Coach Praba here leading the pack. Martial arts isn’t just our work, it’s our heartbeat.
