You cannot fight if your body is stiff. We use mobility drills and assisted stretching to keep you moving, preventing injury so you can return to the mat stronger.

Assisted stretching is a key part of my recovery protocol. Here, I am helping a client with a hamstring stretch to increase flexibility, release tension, and prevent lower back issues.

About Flexibility & Recovery

Many people think lifting heavy is all it takes, but your muscles will lock up without proper maintenance. In our garage sessions in Greater Noida, we incorporate specific assisted hamstring and hip opening stretches because tight lower backs are the most common reason our members hit a wall. If you are not doing this, you are just training for an injury, not for strength.
