My Martial Arts Approach
I teach a hybrid combat training style. No boring, one-size-fits-all moves here. I mix techniques from MMA, kickboxing, boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu so you’re ready for anything. Striking, grappling, ground fighting - we cover it all.
Training Beyond Punches
It’s not just about the kicks and punches. We start with basics and build you up with advanced combos and grappling. My sessions include:
- Sparring, pad drills, and heavy bag work
- Mental toughness and situational awareness
- Combat fitness routines with CrossFit and yoga
For Everyone
Strength doesn’t care about age or gender. I work with complete beginners, pros, students, CEOs - anyone who wants to commit. Special programs:
- Martial arts for kids (confidence, anti-bullying, fun)
- Women’s self-defence (real-world self defence, empowerment)
