About Strength & Conditioning
Why I Do This
People see medals and say it's luck. I know better - it's all about putting in the work, every single day. I don't sugarcoat it. If you want results, you'll sweat for them. No jugaad (shortcut) here, just discipline and a bit of madness for improvement.
How I Train
Strength & Conditioning with me is not only about lifting heavier. It's about building a body and mind that can take on anything - gym, sports, or life. My own martial arts and yoga background shape every session. Here's my way:
- Real Strength as the Base
We nail fundamentals with barbell and accessory lifts. Perfect form, focus on progressive overload strength plan, not ego boosting. - Power, Speed, Agility
We use plyometrics, speed and agility drills, ladders and cones - because strength means nothing if you can't use it fast. - Mobility & Core
Expect a lot of stretching, mobility drills, and core stability workouts. Injuries are not allowed here.
Who I Work With
- Adults who want to get stronger for life, not just for show.
- Athletes chasing an edge in their game with functional strength routines.
- Kids starting out, learning discipline, and building a strong foundation.
Only rule: Show up ready to work. Leave excuses at the door.
Jai Bharath.

My Story
Most days, you’ll catch me in my training shoes – fitness is my everyday. I’ve stood on world stages, waving our flag, feeling goosebumps every time. Awards like All India Women Achievers look shiny, but it’s my family, my backbone, who see the sweat and grit behind it. My husband’s the beast pushing me, my son’s growing up on the same path. Trekking hills, Shaolin Temple – I’m always learning, always moving. Jai Bharath!
My Work

Train with a Real Fighter - I teach what I’ve lived. At my center, you learn to fight, get healthy, and never give up.
My Way – Burn Slowly, Burn Daily - No shortcuts. Consistent yoga practice and hard work is what I believe in. Mind first, then fist.
