My kickboxing program is designed for adults who want to get the body they've always wanted. It increases fitness, strength, and flexibility while teaching you practical self-defense.
About Our Programs
I don't run a typical air-conditioned gym with fancy machines. My programs in Beta II, Greater Noida focus on high-intensity functional training—barbells, pull-ups, and partner drills—designed to build real-world strength and endurance. If you are a beginner, you start with the basics, but expect to sweat from day one because fitness is a daily choice, not a side gig.
My Training Approach
At MAAFAI, we don't believe in magic or shortcuts. We believe in Yuddh hi Veer ka praman hai (War is the proof of a warrior). My programs are built to push you past yesterday’s version of yourself, whether you are here for combat skills or general body transformation.
Core Programs
1. Martial Arts & Combat (MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu) We teach practical fighting skills. You will work on heavy bags, pad drills, and controlled sparring. This isn't just cardio—you learn how to move, strike, and defend yourself effectively.
2. Real-World Self-Defense This is essential. We have specific modules for women’s safety and anti-bullying programs for kids. These aren't theories; we use street-defense drills so you know how to react under pressure.
3. Strength & Conditioning We use an 'old-school' training method. No selectorized machines. We use iron plates, dumbbells, and bodyweight calisthenics (burpees, pushups) to build a functional, athletic body. If you want a lean, muscular physique that actually works, this is the place.
How We Operate
- Group Training: We run sessions (Mon-Sat) in a garage-style, fan-cooled environment designed for sweat tolerance. Batch sizes are kept between 10-20 people so you get actual attention.
- Personalized Coaching: For those who need specific diet plans or have unique goals, I offer 1-on-1 sessions. This includes manual tracking of your progress, form correction, and full gym access during off-hours.
