In my gym, we train for reality. This means combining stand-up striking with close-quarters grappling and ground fighting. You will learn to transition seamlessly between boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling.

Power and precision. This pad work drill focuses on developing a strong roundhouse kick, a fundamental weapon in MMA and kickboxing for attacking the legs and body.

The ritual of preparation. From wrapping hands to drilling combinations on pads and the heavy bag, every step is part of the process of becoming a fighter.

This is not just exercise; it is self-defence training. Every punch and kick on the heavy bag is practiced with the intent of building knockout power for real-world situations.

A complete training sequence. We start with conditioning like pushups, move to power development on the heavy bag, and then apply it all in a live sparring session.

Your mind is your best weapon. Here, we drill boxing combinations on the pads, teaching the student to stay sharp, anticipate movements, and react instantly.

This is the result of just 15 days of commitment. We take beginners and quickly build their confidence and skills through a combination of heavy bag work and partner drills.

Training isn't confined to four walls. We take our sessions outdoors, working on boxing and kickboxing drills in a different environment to improve adaptability.
