Stop generating fear. Build real, usable strength. I teach a hybrid system combining MMA, kickboxing, and boxing, specifically designed to make you combat-ready.

In my gym, we train for reality. This means combining stand-up striking with close-quarters grappling and ground fighting. You will learn to transition seamlessly between boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling.

Power and precision. This pad work drill focuses on developing a strong roundhouse kick, a fundamental weapon in MMA and kickboxing for attacking the legs and body.

The ritual of preparation. From wrapping hands to drilling combinations on pads and the heavy bag, every step is part of the process of becoming a fighter.

This is not just exercise; it is self-defence training. Every punch and kick on the heavy bag is practiced with the intent of building knockout power for real-world situations.

A complete training sequence. We start with conditioning like pushups, move to power development on the heavy bag, and then apply it all in a live sparring session.

Your mind is your best weapon. Here, we drill boxing combinations on the pads, teaching the student to stay sharp, anticipate movements, and react instantly.

This is the result of just 15 days of commitment. We take beginners and quickly build their confidence and skills through a combination of heavy bag work and partner drills.

Training isn't confined to four walls. We take our sessions outdoors, working on boxing and kickboxing drills in a different environment to improve adaptability.

Fitness is a lifestyle. It's about the daily process of becoming better. This one-on-one pad work session is where we refine technique and build mental clarity.

Sparring is a conversation where you learn about yourself. Here, students practice their striking and defensive movements in a controlled but intense drill.

About Hybrid Combat Training

This isn't a choreography class; it is combat conditioning. We spend 90 minutes covering everything from boxing stance and kickboxing combinations on the heavy bag to ground-based grappling drills. You will learn to transition between striking and wrestling because real fights do not stay in one lane. If you show up for a month, you will see a shift in your reflexes, your power, and your ability to stay calm when things get intense.

I do not believe in boring, one-size-fits-all training. Most places teach moves; I teach you to survive. My hybrid approach mixes the best of MMA, Boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu. We start with the basics—proper footwork, punching mechanics, and defensive blocks—so you do not get hurt. Once the foundation is there, we move to high-intensity sparring and pad work to build your engine.

The reality is that whether you are a CEO or a student, the principles of conflict are the same. You need distance management, striking power, and the ability to control the ground. I take complete beginners and build them into fighters in three months. We use 25mm to 35mm interlocking foam mats for safety, and we work with whatever equipment is necessary—focus mitts, Thai pads, or heavy bags—to get your form correct.
