- Gym Access: Usage of on-site manual treadmill, lat pull-down machine, and free weights.

I’m Preetam Rathore, and for me, training means building both strength and mindset. Mera focus saaf hai (my focus is clear): discipline, hard work, and treating everyone like a future champion, no matter where you’re starting from.
How I Train
My sessions are a full mix of martial arts and modern fitness - not your usual gym grind. Expect:
- Karate-based calorie burning drills (think kicks, punches, real movement)
- Hybrid strength training using your bodyweight and gym gear
- Agility and speed martial arts training with stuff like hurdles and pads
You won’t just repeat moves; every class is about learning, pushing limits, and building real power and flexibility.

My Story
Main Preetam Rathore, founder aur coach, Karate India Academy ka. Log mujhe Sensei bulate hain. Yeh academy mera sapna hai, Noida se champions nikalne ka. Jab hamare ladke Rajat Kashyap Indian Army mein sports quota se select hote hain, ya Tushar Assam Rifles mein, poora parivar dhol bajata hai. Harshit, Tushar, Jitendra jaise players jab medals le aate hain, lagta hai mehnat rang laayi. Yahan poster pe nahi, dil se ‘Ready To Be A Champion’ hai.

Career Path Through Sports Quota - Hamare students Indian Army, Assam Rifles, SAI mein sports quota se select hue hain.
