This is where the fight is won. I push my students in live sparring to test their skills, sharpen their instincts, and build the courage to face any opponent. This is hybrid combat training in action.

Strength has no gender. I teach women practical, real-world self-defence techniques like this knee strike to the body, so they have the power and confidence to protect themselves in any situation.
