I start them young. This is how we build a foundation of discipline and strength, moving from basic conditioning like fist pushups to heavy bag work and one-on-one pad drills. This is the path to creating confident, capable young warriors.
A fighter is an athlete. My training goes beyond punches and kicks, incorporating intense combat fitness with weightlifting, heavy bag drills, and extreme core conditioning to build the complete warrior.
Yuddh hi Veer ka praman hai. Training in the gym is one thing, but testing your skills in competition is the ultimate proof. I coach my fighters to not just participate, but to dominate and win.
Sangharsh is the only way. Everyone from Ram to Krishna had to struggle. You cannot become a king without it. I drill this philosophy into every session, combining shadow boxing, pad work, and relentless training to forge your strength.
The fight often ends on the ground. I bring in experts like Jiu-Jitsu black belts to teach my students advanced grappling and submission techniques, ensuring they are prepared for every aspect of a real fight.

We do not waste time on fluff here. These sessions are about live sparring, pad drills, and grappling that actually works under pressure. You start by learning the basics—stance, movement, and footwork—and within three months, you will be sparring with intent. It is about you vs. you, every single session.
