What We Teach
Our mix of martial arts covers a bit of everything. Pick one or try them all.
- Kickboxing (Dutch, K1): focus on powerful strikes and tight defense.
- Muay Thai: elbows, knees, and those classic pad drills.
- Boxing: pure footwork, defense, and sharp combos.
- MMA: we blend striking techniques for self defense with grappling, for the full fight experience.
- Grappling (includes BJJ): ground work and submissions.
- Street Defense: simple, practical moves for real-life trouble, drawing from Krav Maga.
How We Train
Classes start with warm-ups and mobility work to keep injuries away. From there, it’s drill after drill - pads, bags, partner work, all aimed at perfecting your form. We mix in functional strength training for fighters: kettlebells, sandbags, tires, old-school bodyweight stuff. Testing skills through safe sparring is standard.
