The XMA Way
I’m Guru Yogi Ajay Sharma and at Xtreme Martial Arts Academy, we do much more than teach punches. My system is about winning in life, not just in the ring. I want you to set goals, crush them, and keep pushing forward. That’s the XMA way.
How We Train
You’ll get practical self-defense that works outside the dojo — real-world self-defense skills from Karate Kumite, Kickboxing, and MMA. We also run high-intensity martial arts fitness routines, so expect CrossFit for fighters mixed with calisthenics. If you think you’re just coming for a regular workout, nah, we push for transformation.
Yoga for core strength is a big part of my teaching. We go deep into asanas that build balance and body control. It’s not just about fighting, but being strong inside out.
Who Can Join?
All ages, all genders — everyone’s welcome. Doesn’t matter if you’re here to be fit, defend yourself, or aim for medals. My students range from beginners to international champs.
The Mindset
Dekho, winning isn’t everything, but wanting to win is. We work hard, train with discipline, and push each other. Medals? Yeah, my students have brought home plenty, even at Asian and South Asian levels. But it’s not just aggression — we balance it with meditation, healthy eating, and a supportive team vibe.
