Pricing Guide
Standard Monthly Group Training
Core Training Module
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Approx. 12 sessions per month).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session.
- Discipline: Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fundamentals, Karate striking (Kihon), and Kickboxing drills.
- Batch: Mixed group setting (Kids, Teens, Adults), typically 10 to 18 students.
Fitness & Conditioning
- Bodyweight Circuit: 15 to 20 minutes of high-rep calisthenics including push-ups, squats, and burpees.
- Mobility: Basic Yoga flows and dynamic stretching routines.
- Stamina: Suicides (sprints) and shuttle runs on the mat area.
Facility & Equipment
- Surface: 25mm EVA foam puzzle mats for shock absorption.
- Gear: Shared use of academy kick shields and focus mitts.
- Setting: Non-AC, fan-cooled dojo environment.
Guidance & Etiquette
- Oversight: Supervision by Sensei Yogi Ajay Sharma.
- Protocol: Instruction in traditional bowing, respect protocols, and opening prayers.
Quarterly Champion Commitment Package
Extended Access
- Duration: 3 Months of continuous training (approx. 36 to 40 classes).
- Priority: Priority slotting in peak-hour evening batches.
- Sparring: Eligibility to participate in controlled Kumite sessions (protective gear purchased separately).
Advanced Development
- Syllabus: Focused instruction on Katas and techniques for belt grading.
- Combat: Transition to contact drills using pads and partner blocking.

I’m Guru Yogi Ajay Sharma and at Xtreme Martial Arts Academy, we do much more than teach punches. My system is about winning in life, not just in the ring. I want you to set goals, crush them, and keep pushing forward. That’s the XMA way.
How We Train
You’ll get practical self-defense that works outside the dojo — real-world self-defense skills from Karate Kumite, Kickboxing, and MMA. We also run high-intensity martial arts fitness routines, so expect CrossFit for fighters mixed with calisthenics. If you think you’re just coming for a regular workout, nah, we push for transformation.
Yoga for core strength is a big part of my teaching. We go deep into asanas that build balance and body control. It’s not just about fighting, but being strong inside out.
Who Can Join?
All ages, all genders — everyone’s welcome. Doesn’t matter if you’re here to be fit, defend yourself, or aim for medals. My students range from beginners to international champs.
