Standard Floor Coaching
Core Coaching
- Technique Correction: Fundamental form overhaul for Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift (SBD) focusing on safety and bracing.
- Rotational Supervision: Coach is present on the floor overseeing multiple athletes in the group simultaneously.
- Programming: Structured monthly strength plans designed to increase personal records (PRs).
Training Environment
- Team Setting: Training is conducted alongside the squad with shared spotting duties.
- Equipment Access: Usage of standard power racks, flat benches, and iron plates.
- Accessory Work: Guidance on isolation movements to correct muscle imbalances.
General Support
- Dietary Advice: Basic bulk or cut guidance based on traditional home cooked staples.
- Motivation: High energy verbal encouragement during heavy attempts.
1-on-1 Competition Prep
Advanced Preparation
- Peaking Cycles: Specialized 8 to 12 week programs designed to maximize 1 Rep Max for specific meet dates.
- Technical Analysis: Frame by frame review to fix sticking points and ensure lifts meet judge standards (depth, pauses).
- Priority Access: Priority usage of racks and platforms during peak training hours.
Hands On Support
- Personal Spotting: 1 on 1 safety spotting for all heavy lifts, including hand offs for bench press.
- Gear Handling: Physical assistance with applying tight knee wraps, belts, and lifting suits.
Meet Strategy
- Attempt Selection: Strategic calculation of openers and subsequent attempts to maximize total score.
- Weight Management: Strict protocols for water cutting and diet to ensure the athlete makes the specific weight class.
- Venue Handling: Support during local competitions for warm up management and plate loading.
About Powerlifting Coaching
Champion Making, Not Video Making
Main ek powerlifting coach hu, videos banane wala nahi. My focus is turning serious, hardworking lifters into champions. Mera kaam, meri team - TEAM MAHABALI - sab kuch hai. This journey started with the blessings of my Guruji, Naresh Sager.
Mera Tarika: No Shortcuts
Coaching is simple - bas mhenat (hard work) and honesty. No shortcut, no fancy talk. Jab aap bar uthate ho, main wahi hu - spotting, guiding, making sure your form is safe. The gym ka mahaul (environment) is intense - har din apni limit push karo (push your limits every day).
3 Main Lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift
We focus on:
- Deep squat, safe and strong
- Technical bench press, from lift-off to lockout
- Sumo or conventional deadlift, jo suit kare (whatever suits you) Yahan pe technique matter karti hai (technique matters here). I’ve seen lifters cross big milestones with the right powerlifting technique coaching.
Banate Hain Mahabali (Building Strength)
It's not only about three lifts. We add accessory work:
- Back, shoulder, leg training
- Arms and heavy core This is real strength training for competitions, not just for show.
TEAM MAHABALI: Jeet Ki Taiyari (Ready for Victory)
We compete and win - Delhi, Ghaziabad, Hapur, big championships like Delhi State Powerlifting (IPF). I train all ages, all categories. Raw vs equipped powerlifting, sab cover hota hai (everything’s covered). Team ka member bante ho, toh you prep for real competitions.
Sirf Junoon Chahiye
Yeh normal gym program nahi hai (This isn't a regular gym program). If you have real passion, you belong here. Bas junoon hona chahiye.

My Story
Mera naam Lalit Kori hai. Fitness trainer aur powerlifting coach ke roop mein log mujhe jaante hain, par asli strength mere Guru ji Naresh Sager se mili. Unke bina main yahan nahi hota. Meri team 'TEAM MAHABALI' mere liye family hai - hum jeet ki tyari karte hain, medal milta hai toh asli khushi milti hai. Gym ke bahar, main papa ke saath waqt bitata hoon, thoda Kabbadi bhi khel leta hoon. Sab Mahadev ki kripa hai.
