- Conditioning Checks: Real-time skin-fold pinching and visual assessment under gym lighting for accuracy.
Stage Presentation
- Studio Posing: Physical adjustments in the posing room to correct angles, vacuums, and transitions.
- Tanning Guidance: Expert advice on selecting and applying the correct tan shade (e.g., Jan Tana vs. Pro Tan).
- Drills: Practice on maintaining tightness and facial expressions while fatigued.
Show Day Execution
- Peak Week Monitoring: Daily scrutiny of the look in the final 10 days with precise sodium and water adjustments.
- Backstage Support: Assistance with pumping up, glazing (oiling), and timing the stage entry at NPC Delhi or Sheru Classic events.

Bodybuilding for me is pura junoon (total obsession). People know me as Coach Bali. If you want quick fixes, that's not my style. I believe in solid discipline and hard work - mehnat bina kuch nahi milega (without hard work, you get nothing). I prep serious athletes for top amateur and pro shows, across men’s and women’s categories.

Hum dikhawa nahi karte, thode ache thode bure hai – bas real hain. Roz subah faith se din shuru karta hoon. ‘Sarbat da bhala’ – sabka bhala chahiye. Family aur faith, yahi meri strength hai.
