About Powerlifting Coaching

What I Stand For

Powerlifting is simple, but not easy. Mehnat karoge, result dikhega. I started at 65kg, now I’m 92kg, all from hard work and zero shortcuts. I compete, I win, and I coach the same way I train myself - full power, no excuses.

The Big Three Focus

We’ll build your raw strength in squat, bench press, and deadlift. These lifts are the foundation. I mix in accessory work to make sure your whole body gets stronger, not just the main muscles.

My Coaching Style

I’m hands-on, whether you train with me in person or online. If we’re offline, I’m right there - spotting, correcting, pushing you. Expect me to yell, “Chal, chal, chal!” when you need it. Online, I use video analysis for powerlifting technique correction, so you lift safe and strong.

Competition Prep

If you want to compete, I’ve got you. I’ve won gold at state-level meets, and I’ll guide you through competition prep for powerlifting - training cycles, rules, attempt selection, everything you need to step on stage.

More Than Just Lifting

Strength comes from the gym and the kitchen. I’ll help you with nutrition for powerlifters, whether you’re bulking or cutting. Discipline is key. Dheela nahi padna - don’t slack off.

My Story

Jai Shree Ram! Main Gaurav. Gym mera second home hai. 2021 mein bas 65kg tha, patla sa. Phir socha, kuch karna hai. Bajrang Bali ka naam, mehnat ka dum - 2 saal mein 92kg ho gaya. State level powerlifting mein medals bhi jeete. Log sirf body dekhte hain, pasina nahi. Maa sabse important hai, doston ke saath pahadon mein ghoomna bhi. Life mein balance zaroori hai, bas.
