About

Power over looks - always. I’m a powerlifter and athlete first, and my training is about building real strength, not just looking fit in a t-shirt. For me, it’s mind vs. heart every single day. If you can win that battle, you’ll get stronger than you ever thought possible.

My Way of Training

  • Powerlifting training method is my base. We master squats, bench press, and deadlifts, no skipping the basics.
  • Every session has a percentage-based strength program, so you know exactly how much to push and when.
  • I don’t waste time on faltu (useless) exercises - everything has a purpose.
  • Accessory lifts with free weights and machines fill in the gaps, but form comes first.

How We Train

  • In-person: I’m right there, spotting, correcting, pushing, and sometimes, yelling encouragement. We often train barefoot for deadlifts - technique matters.
  • Online: Get the same structured routine, just remote. If you’re prepping as a strength athlete, I’ve got advanced programs too.

More Than Just Lifting

This is the Beast Family. We push each other, celebrate every PB, and don’t bother with show-offs. Like I always say: Sher kutto se dosti nehi karte (Lions don’t befriend dogs).

My Mantra

Dara swapna ku maridie (Fear kills dreams). Don’t fear failure or small injuries - real growth comes from pushing limits. Ghayal sher ki sanse uske dahad se bhi bhayanak hoti he (A wounded lion’s breath is more dangerous than its roar). If you want real strength, I’m here for it.

My Story

Hey, I’m Sanjay Nayak. Powerlifter, not a bodybuilder. Winning gold medals is cool, but for me, it’s about being strong, not handsome. I’ve failed plenty, torn muscles, got injured—still here. Powerlifting isn’t a hobby, it’s my life. You gotta be your own biggest supporter, even when nobody’s clapping. Real strength is showing up, no matter what.
