Core Programming
- Customized Training Split: Periodized strength cycles (Hypertrophy, Strength, or Peaking blocks) tailored to your specific equipment (Home or Commercial gym).
- Nutrition Strategy: Quantified macro plans (Protein/Carb/Fats) utilizing standard Indian home ingredients (Ghee, Roti, Rice, Dal) rather than exotic supplements.
- Tracking: Access to Fittr app or Google Sheets for logging weights and meals.
Technical Analysis
- Video Form Review: Asynchronous analysis of training videos. You submit lifts (Snatch, Clean, Squat); coach provides feedback on depth, bar path, and bracing.
- Mobility Protocols: Targeted warm-up and cool-down routines to address specific joint stiffness.
Support System
- Communication: Daily check-ins via chat (Mon-Sat availability) for consistency tracking.
- Weekly Adjustments: Scheduled review to adjust volume and nutrition numbers based on progress.
In-Person 1-on-1 Technique Session
Session Logistics
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session to accommodate rest periods for heavy lifting.
- Facility Access: Usage of professional lifting floors at ZeroDope or affiliated gyms in Indirapuram/Noida.
- Equipment: Access to competition spec bars, bumper plates, and platforms.
Technical Coaching
- Real-Time Cueing: Immediate verbal and tactile corrections during lifts to fix issues like knee caving or elbow turnover.
- Drill Breakdown: Segmentation of complex movements (Snatch/Clean & Jerk) into drills like Snatch Balance to address weak points.
- Visual Feedback: Coach records sets for immediate visual review and correction between attempts.
Safety & Support
- Spotting: Hands-on spotting for max-effort lifts (Squat/Bench) to ensure safety till failure.
- Gear Guidance: Expert advice on the effective use of lifting belts, wrist wraps, and lifting shoes.

Tagda hona hai. I’m here to help you get strong, plain and simple. For me, it’s all about consistency and not cutting corners. Whether you’re new or prepping for a meet, my focus is on solid technique and real progress.
Weightlifting & Powerlifting
I coach Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting, and I switched from powerlifting to Oly myself, so I get how tough it can be to adjust. Technique-focused lifting is my main thing - I’ll drill the basics and the hard stuff. For snatch and clean & jerk, we break it down: muscle snatches, hang snatches, split jerks, block work, the whole lot.
With powerlifting, it’s simple: raw strength, no drama. I love the high-bar ATG squat, paused bench reps, and deadlift variations. You’ll see lots of high-volume sets and always a focus on safe form.
My Philosophy
No shortcuts. Just show up and do the work. Log your lifts, track your screen time, and make training a priority. I’m a part-time lifter myself, so I get the struggle. There are good days, bad days, and failed lifts - sab chalta hai (it all happens). The magic is in the grind.

I coach in-person and online, guiding folks worldwide through strength progression programs and personalized lifting plans. Doesn’t matter if you’re trying the snatch for the first time or chasing a PR - I’ll help you get there.

I don’t flex much online, not my jam. My clients speak for me. Dentist outta abuse, US mom deadlifting 100kg, dadi (grandma) over 60 getting strong - that’s the real stuff.
