Team Mahabali: Jeet Ki Taiyari
Yahan sirf training nahi, competition ki taiyari hoti hai. Dekho meri team ko Delhi, Ghaziabad, aur Hapur ke championships me jeet te hue, medals aur trophies ke saath.

Main sumo aur conventional, dono deadlift technique pe focus karta hu. Sahi form se hi asli strength banti hai aur injury se bachte hain.
Building the Bench Press
Lift-off se lockout tak, har detail pe kaam karte hain. Yahan pe har rep count hota hai, safe tarike se weight badhane ke liye.
Perfecting the Squat
Deep squat aur safe form meri priority hai. Chahe raw ho ya equipped, technique sahi honi chahiye.
Banate Hain Mahabali: Overall Strength Training
Sirf 3 lift nahi, poori body ko strong banate hain. Back, shoulder, arms, aur core ke liye heavy accessory work zaroori hai.
Fitness and Weight Loss
Powerlifting ke alawa, main weight loss aur general fitness ke liye bhi train karta hu. Yahan kuch exercises hain jo fat loss me help karti hain.
Mera Safar: Main Bhi Ek Lifter Hu
Main sirf coach nahi, ek lifter bhi hu. Main apne Guruji Naresh Sager se seekha hai aur wahi mhenat aur honesty aage badha raha hu.
