- Frequency: 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Location: Strictly at provider base gyms in Hapur/Noida belt.
- Style: Mix of HIIT (plank jacks, mountain climbers) and machine-based isolation exercises.
Nutrition & Monitoring
- Diet: Home-style Indian meal plan (quantity control on Roti/Rice, protein via Eggs/Chicken).
- Review: Bi-weekly weight check and diet adjustments.
Coaching Specs
- Supervision: Visual form correction to prevent injury.
- Support: High-energy verbal motivation during sets.
Exclusions
- Gym Membership: Facility fee is paid separately to the gym.
- Add-ons: Supplements are not included.
Advanced Hypertrophy & Muscle Building
Advanced Training Protocol
- Frequency: 6 days a week with potential morning/evening double splits.
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes (High volume).
- Style: Hybrid of old-school bodybuilding and powerlifting cues.
- Technique: Hands-on spotting for 1RM attempts and training to failure.
Performance Nutrition
- Diet: Precise macro-nutrient breakdown (Protein, Carbs, Fats).
- Supplementation: Guidance on stacks (Pre-workout, Creatine, Whey).
- Peak Week: Water manipulation protocols for photoshoots or events.
Mentorship
- Access: Entry into the core Team Mahabali training group.
- Posing: Guidance on mandatory poses (Front double bicep, Lat spread).
- Availability: 24/7 accountability for meal and session compliance.

Meri team 'TEAM MAHABALI' mere liye family hai - hum jeet ki tyari karte hain, medal milta hai toh asli khushi milti hai. Gym ke bahar, main papa ke saath waqt bitata hoon, thoda Kabbadi bhi khel leta hoon. Sab Mahadev ki kripa hai.
