My Journey: How I Train Myself to Build Champions
I am not a video creator, I am a champion maker. Here is how I stay in the game while coaching Team Mahabali.
I am not a video creator, I am a champion maker. This is my own progress, fueled by the teachings of my Guruji, Naresh Sager.
A moment of focus in the gym. The poster behind me says it all: "Never give up. Great things take time."
Even as a coach, I put in the work myself. A quick set of cable curls during my own training.
My own shoulder workout session. I lead by example and practice the same intensity I demand from my team.
A dumbbell shoulder press session. I train with the same intensity and focus that I teach.
A moment of reflection. The journey of a lifter has its ups and downs, but we keep moving forward.
A quick physique check. The results you see are built from years of consistent hard work and dedication in the gym.
About Mera Safar: Main Bhi Ek Lifter Hu
I do not believe in just standing on the sidelines with a stopwatch. To coach a lifter, I have to be a lifter myself. Whether it is refining a bench press lockout or getting that sumo deadlift form right, I test everything on my own body first. When you train with me, you are not just getting a program, you are training with someone who knows exactly what it feels like to struggle under heavy iron.
Everything I teach comes from the mat. I spent years learning under my Guruji, Naresh Sager, and he taught me that a coach who stops training is a coach who stops growing. My day starts with my own grind before I even step into the gym to supervise Team Mahabali.
In Hapur and Ghaziabad, we do not waste time on fancy gym aesthetics or edited videos. We focus on the SBD, which is Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. If you want to increase your raw strength, my methods are simple and based on hard work. I handle the programming, technique analysis, and the intense, sweat-filled environment that defines my training sessions. You will see me spotting my lifters during heavy attempts because I know that one wrong move can cause an injury.
If you are ready to stop making excuses and start lifting, you belong here. We do not just build muscle; we build lifters who can step onto a platform and compete. Reach out if you have the discipline to push past your limits.
