What Drives Me
Jai Rajputana. I’m Dharmender Singh Shishodia. Yahan sirf weight nahi uthate, hum champions banate hain (here, we don’t just lift weights, we build champions). It’s all about discipline, showing up, and pushing past what everyone else thinks is possible. The best part? Seeing my lifters win medals and break their own limits.
Who I Coach
I train anyone ready to get strong - doesn’t matter if you’re just starting, stuck at a plateau, or already smashing PRs. Here, you’ll find:
- Beginners wanting a solid start
- Advanced lifters hungry for next-level results
- Men and women from all backgrounds
- Juniors, seniors, and Master-1 athletes
- Para powerlifters (para athletes also get full support)
How We Train
Every session is about getting platform ready. You’ll get:
- Competition powerlifting prep for state, regional, and national meets
- Squat technique coaching, bench press, deadlift - we drill form till it’s right. Expect feedback like “Chest up!” and “Back ko retract rakhenge” (keep your back retracted)
- Raw strength focus, with main lifts, back-downs, and paused reps to chase new PRs
Studio Vibe
It’s serious work but never lonely. Training here means group sessions, support, and a squad cheering for you - ek squat party jaisa (like a squat party). Everyone spots, pushes, and celebrates every tiny win.
Handling Injuries
Setbacks happen. If you’re returning from injury, I’ll help rebuild strength and confidence. Powerlifting injury recovery is about smart programming and keeping the mind tough.
Last Thought
Bhediye aayenge jaayenge, lekin tu cheel hai (wolves will come and go, but you’re an eagle). Lag jao (get to it).

My Story
Jai Rajputana! Hum Powerlifting Studio hain. Main Dharmender Singh Shishodia, powerlifting hi meri zindagi hai. 2013 mein pehli baar Olympic barbell uthaya tha apne guru ke gym mein. Tabhi samajh aaya ki dedication aur discipline sab kuch hai. Yahan hum sirf lifters nahi, champions banate hain. Mere students podium pe medal jeet-te hain, wahi meri asli jeet hai. Sapna hai toh poora karo, logo ki mat suno.
My Work
Powerlifting Coaching for All Levels - Beginner ho ya advanced, hum squat, bench press, deadlift competition prep karte hain - men, women, juniors, seniors.
Technical Error Correction - Main galti pakadta hoon, close observation se. Har rep pe nazar, technique sudharte hain.
Supportive Gym Environment - Yahan team ki tarah support milta hai. Jab tak target achieve nahi hota, hum peeche nahi hat-te.
Positive Coach-Student Relationship - Positive aur supportive relation se hi best results milte hain. Hum hamesha motivate karte hain.
