Mera funda simple hai - results come from hard work, not empty talk. I believe in building strength with sweat and true effort, not gappe. For me, marna manjoor hai, par jhukna nahi hai (I'd rather die than bow down). If you want real power, excuses won't fly here.

Powerlifting at Iron Body Gym

I coach at IBG, Salarpur - no fancy machines, just hardcore gym vibes and loads of mehnat. Trophies are earned, not gifted. Students call me Guru ji because I give my all, and I expect the same dedication back.

Three Main Lifts & Technique

We focus on mastering squat, bench press, and deadlift. Raw strength development is the goal, but technique matters even more.

  • Squat: Depth, stability, real power
  • Bench Press: Chest, triceps, proper arch and leg drive
  • Deadlift: Both conventional and sumo styles, safe heavy lifting practices always

Accessory exercises like lunges, rows, and military presses help build a solid base.

Safety, Competition, and Diet

Lifting heavy isn't a joke. I give direct, hands-on feedback to correct your form and keep injuries away. If you want powerlifting competition prep, I've been there myself and will guide you from gym to podium.

One last thing: khana saaf nahi hai toh mehnat bekaar hai (if your food isn't clean, your effort is wasted). Nutrition is the foundation - I’ll help you fuel up for better recovery and performance.

Mehnat itni khamoshi se karo ke kaamyabi shor macha de (work so silently that success makes the noise).

My Story

Main Pawan hoon, Noida se. Bodybuilding aur powerlifting mera junoon hai, champion bhi raha hoon. Kadi mehnat, thokarein, fir bhi shaan se chalta hoon. Zindagi ki mushkilein mere liye saaz hain - girta hoon, uthta hoon, fir jeet ke dikhaata hoon. Bharat maa, tiranga, mera gaon, aur sabse badi baat - mera beta, mera sab kuch. Har Har Mahadev!
