About Powerlifting Training
What I Offer
I’m a powerlifter and a National Champion. My journey has been about more than medals – it’s about showing what discipline and the right guidance can do. I’ll help you build raw strength, whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or aiming for the nationals.

Sabse important hai Guru ka samman (most important is respect for the coach). This is not just training, it’s a real partnership. I give you my all as your coach, and I expect true focus and hard work in return. We grow together, one lift at a time.
Core Lifts, Real Progress
Our sessions are built around the three big lifts. I focus a lot on technique coaching for powerlifting, making sure you get the basics right and push your limits safely.
- Squat: Form first, then weight. I’ll help you break plateaus.
- Bench Press: My speciality. I’ll show you practical set-up tricks and cues.
- Deadlift: Learn the mechanics, pull heavy without ego.
Competition Prep & Team Spirit
Whether you want to compete or just train hard, I offer full powerlifting competition preparation, including meet strategy and peaking. You’ll also be part of the Vis Orbit team – hum sab ek saath hain (we’re all in it together). We spot, push, and celebrate each other.
Mind Over Matter
Some days suck. Dukh vi apne, sukh vi apne (sorrows and joys are ours). I help you build powerlifting mental toughness training so you can lift, even when motivation is low.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Pooja Sharma. Powerlifting is my life, medals for India are blessings, but real strength is faith, guru ji Ashish Bhandari, and my Vis Orbit gym family. Har yug guru ke aage shishya ka sar jhukta hai. Some days you win, some days you feel useless, dukh vi apne sukh vi apne. Friends tease me about getting fit-unfit, maybe nazar lag gayi, haha!
