About Mastering the Deadlift
Deadlift mein sumo aur conventional dono ka apna alag maza hai. Meri team mein, hum har lifter ki body type aur flexibility ke hisaab se technique decide karte hain. Aake dekho, sahi form ke bina heavy lift karna sirf injury ko bulawa dena hai.
Technique Pe Focus, Weight Apne Aap Badhega
Deadlift sirf zameen se wazan uthana nahi hai, ye poore shareer ki takat ka test hai. Jab aap mere saath train karte ho, toh main lift-off se lekar lockout tak har second observe karta hoon. Back position, brace kaise karna hai, aur bar ko body ke paas kaise rakhna hai—ye choti baatein hi injury se bachati hain aur PR (Personal Record) badhati hain.
Mere students, jaise Mohit (56kg bodyweight) aur Ankit (54kg bodyweight), dono ne 160kg+ ka deadlift mark kiya hai. Ye sirf mhenat ka natija hai, shortcut ka nahi.
Team Mahabali Ka Mahaul
Gym mein hum sirf weight nahi uthate, hum competition ke liye tyar hote hain. Agar aap serious powerlifter ho, toh yahan aapko support milega. Hum accessories pe bhi dhyan dete hain taaki legs aur back strong rahe. Sirf videos ke liye nahi, asli medal aur trophy ke liye kaam hota hai yahan. Agar junoon hai, toh aajao.
Lalit Kori
Main Lalit Kori hoon, aur mera maqsad sirf lifters ko champion banana hai. Mere liye TEAM MAHABALI sirf ek naam nahi, parivar hai jahan hum rozana apni limits ko todte hain. Guruji Naresh Sager ke ashirwad se, hum yahan sirf weight nahi, character bhi build karte hain.
