Squats are the foundation. Here, I am spotting my lifter, ensuring his form is safe and deep as he handles heavy weight. Safety and technique are always my first priority in strength training.

A 95kg bench press from my student Ankit, who weighs only 53kg. This shows what correct powerlifting technique and consistent training can achieve. Tagda hai chote.

This is my team, TEAM MAHABALI, after a successful competition at the V Cut Fitness Veer Classic. We don't just train, we compete and we win. The trophies and medals are proof of our hard work.

My coaching is hands-on. Here I am guiding a lifter through a lat pulldown, an important accessory exercise for building a strong back to support heavy lifts.

My Coaching Philosophy

I am a powerlifting coach, not a video creator. My focus is on turning serious, hardworking lifters into champions. This journey is built on the foundation laid by my Guruji, Naresh Sager. We believe in raw effort and zero shortcuts.

The SBD Approach

Every session at TEAM MAHABALI centers on the three main lifts:

  • Squat: Deep, safe, and powerful reps. We work on your bracing and depth.
  • Bench Press: Technical execution from the lift-off to the final lockout.
  • Deadlift: Focusing on biomechanics—whether you prefer sumo or conventional—to keep you strong and injury-free.

Competition Preparation

If you are aiming for the platform, my 1-on-1 prep goes beyond basic lifting. I handle peaking cycles, attempt selection for meet days, and weight class management. I am right there with you during your heavy attempts, spotting, correcting, and pushing.
